We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund under the terms mentioned below. Please read the following policies carefully before initiating any request.

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

Original tags and packaging must be intact.

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at p.shrivastava@raptechengineering.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since refund approval, please reach out to us at p.shrivastava@raptechengineering.com.

Conditions for Refund:

Refunds are only applicable for eligible return requests made within the specified timeline.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

In case of partial returns, refund amount will be calculated accordingly.

Cancellation Process

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at p.shrivastava@raptechengineering.com with your order number.

If the order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Important Notes

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Used, damaged, or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.

Replacement may be offered instead of refund in some cases of product defect or damage.
